The ultrasonic sensor is the ideal solution for measuring contactless positions and distances in all areas, whether it is to help you park in your garage or to measure the water level of a tank.
Combined with Fibaro Z-Wave FGRGB-101 module or Qubino dimmer module 0-10V, you can use this sensor in your Z-Wave home automation system.
The procedure that makes it possible to calibrate the probe according to the desired distance it is:
- 1) Position the probe facing a wall, at the distance required for the 10V (maximun distance to metter)
- 2) Put the 'Teach in' wire (White) with the 0V wire (Black)
- 3) Feed the probe
- 4) The LED flashes (2x 3 blinks) Calibration is done!
- 5) Switch off the sensor power supply
- 6) Remove the 'Teach' wire and isolate it (Otherwise, at each power on, the probe can be recalibrated ...)
- 7) Tes de distances. The probe to 20 cm -> 0V to calibration distance -> 10V
- The LED turns off if the distance is outside scope (<20 cm or> dist.calibrated)
